Unfortunately, our return policy only applies to items returned within 15 days of purchase. Items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, please use secure replacement packaging to ensure the item is well-protected.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
Yes, items purchased during promotional sales are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
